Hey, Good Lookin', what's cookin'?

Most people know I am the furthest thing from a chef -- or even a daring eater -- so I was excited to cook AAA beef sirloin, maître d'hôtel butter, sautéed green beans and shallot at Atelier & Saveurs in Old Montreal.

When we began the lesson I realized I was the odd person out. It was all couples participating in the workshop. But all eyes were on me since I was in charge of cooking the meat! Each participant had a task ranging from peeling, chopping and flipping. Later, it was time to taste our creations in the dining room. Bon appetite!
